Liz was honored to close LIV Connect’s spectacular conference with a talk on “How To Be The CEO of Your Business.” Here, she covered the most essential things agents can do to grow:

- Create a vision;
- Build strategies; and
- Execute on initiatives
She also facilitated a “Superstar Panel” which included (pictured below, left to right ): Gregg Lynn (Sotheby’s, San Francisco), Becky Frey (Sotheby’s, Dallas,) Tye Stockton (LIV Sotheby’s/Vail), and Michael Rankin (TTR Sotheby’s, Washigton D.C.). This was an incredible group who make the impossible look easy. Their shared their wisdom with candor and humor. They make it real and are an amazing example to agents all over the country.
