This program empowers women to enhance their skills, navigate workplace challenges confidently, and gain self-awareness. Group coaching provides a supportive community for women to feel heard understood and validated in their experiences.
Throughout the coaching session, participants will discuss current and past challenges, successes, and progress (or lack thereof) since the last meeting. The coach will give insight and strategies on how to tackle issues with the perspective of human behavior and coaching. Some of the topics that will be covered include:
Throughout the group coaching, the coach may use various techniques to help you develop different skills, such as role-playing, feedback sessions, and problem-solving exercises. You will also develop specific skills and techniques in communication, time management, decision-making, and team building. Additionally, broader issues such as organizational change, career development, and work-life balance will be addressed.
Throughout the sessions, the coach will provide feedback and ask you to reflect on your behavior and decisions. The coach may challenge you to think differently or consider alternative perspectives and will also provide specific assignments to work on and practice between sessions. All coaching projects are conducted in a safe and confidential space.
To kickstart our engagement, we will conduct a behavioral (DiSC) assessment to understand your personality type and the different personalities in the group coaching. We will have you fill out the Pre-Coaching Questionnaire and do a survey
Behavioral Assessment (DiSC) – The DiSC Assessment is a behavioral assessment that evaluates how you process information and create behavior. It highlights situational strengths and stressors and uncovers unconscious personality traits and quirks. It also creates awareness on how to understand and relate to people (other personality types) with a new perspective. This increased self-awareness can lead to continuous positive behavioral change which improves your ability to build and sustain better outcomes in daily interactions.
Pre-Coaching Questionnaire. This is a questionnaire for you to fill out and/or think about to help us get to know you and your history at the beginning of our coaching project.
Pre-Coaching Survey. Our short survey will allow individuals to give feedback anonymously on the challenges they have with communication, productivity, feedback, advancement and more. The survey has an open comments section so participants can elaborate on topics.
Group coaching will be held virtually via Zoom with a group of up to 6 people max. Each group coaching session will meet bi-monthly for 6 months (12 sessions). Each session will be 50 minutes in length. If you feel the need to connect more frequently or in the moment, you should text the coach to see if she can make herself available for a call.
