Kerith McElroy leads the development of LBA’s product and service offerings. She works to leverage LBA’s talents and vision in order to help organizations and individuals overcome their barriers and unlock their potential.

Kerith has years of product management, content development and multimedia experience across multiple platforms. She launched her career working for two Lifetime Television shows, then transitioned to working as assistant lifestyle editor at Woman’s Day Magazine. In an effort to bridge her passion for both the printed word and video content, she pursued the opportunities that the burgeoning website industry provided (as the Millennium approached). After receiving a masters from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program, she worked as a content editor for R/GA Interactive (a pioneer in the field of website development) before heading to Parents Magazine, where she was the senior producer for their website.

While raising her children, she kept her finger on the pulse of business and technology by freelancing for start-ups and small businesses that spanned multiple industries including e-commerce, law, technology, and retail. She also took the opportunity to get involved in her community by volunteering on several boards, including the elementary and high school PTA, the Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery & Aquarium, the Garden Club and her local skating club. Her volunteer work frequently placed her in the role of communications, which helped keep her skills sharp prior to joining Liz Bentley Associates at its inception.

Her educational background includes receiving a BA from Dartmouth College and a Masters from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program. To her current role at LBA, Kerith brings her passion for research and a critical eye for content and delivery. She is focused on helping clients maximize their growth to move forward with confidence and energy.
