As a lifelong competitive athlete, Liz Bentley successfully launched the company by utilizing her experience in sports to help her clients create a winning mindset in order to compete more effectively in the business world. Many members of our team are accomplished athletes, and all members draw upon our extensive backgrounds in the corporate world. Our prior careers include working with Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, CBS Network, Oracle, Conde Nast, Moore Capital, ABC/Disney, Hearst, R/GA Interactive and the NYC Public School System. With our founder’s background in psychology and our team’s expertise in research, we pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of the evolution of human science.
Our model includes 3 phases:
First we learn about our clients’ strengths and weaknesses. By using a variety of tools, we can accurately diagnose where their unique skills and characteristics lie and understand the barriers that are impacting their performance.
Once we learn the key areas that need work, we target goals and build a roadmap for growth and success. We then customize a program using a variety of offerings, which may include leadership consulting, team building and coaching, individual coaching, management seminars, etc.
To achieve success, we teach our leaders to be agile and able to pivot under all circumstances. Throughout the project, we gather feedback and we evaluate, adjust and improve our strategies in order to ensure the desired outcome.
