In this all new video series, created specifically for women, Liz will share what she has seen in working with women of all ages and across industries to help them uncover some of their own biases – something that is often a blindspot for them – and help them shift key behaviors to create positive change for themselves and other women in the workplace.
Here are the 9 video topics in the series:
1. THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
Here’s a look at what we know about equality today.
2. BLUEPRINTS FOR BIAS
Getting to the bottom of our unconscious biases involves looking at the root of where they come from. We’ll delve into the forces that influence our perspectives.
3. DOG PACK DYNAMICS
Men often operate with a “dog pack” mentality. We’ll look at how this has served them over the course of time and how it affects women.
4. WOMEN CREATING CHANGE
Women at the top often face challenges and struggles that their male counterparts do not. In this video we look at the roles other women play in these situations and how to shift to improve this space for women.
5. THE FLAWS IN PERFECTION
We want to be great, but we don’t need to be perfect. In this segment, we explore why women feel so much pressure to be perfect and how they can let go of that once and for all.
6. THE TRUTH ABOUT HARD WORK & TALENT
Why is it that women’s success is most often attributed to plain hard work while men’s success is attributed to their talent and intelligence? We’ll dive into this dynamic to see how we can shift our mindsets to recognize women’s brilliance and the impact it brings.
7. THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE CRAZY
Here we examine the ‘labels’ placed on women’s behavior throughout history, how they compare to the men’s and how we can break that paradigm to promote equality.
8. EQUALITY AT HOME
The dynamic in our personal lives is just as important as what we experience in the outside world. This segment will illuminate key areas we must shift in our personal lives.
9. EQUALITY IS A MINDSET
Equality is not about doing this the way men do them. It’s about equally valuing what women bring to the table.
