Agent Group Coaching with Liz
Agent Group Coaching gives you access to coaching with Liz Bentley in a group format. This 6-month program is designed to help agents grow their business and be innovative in a changing market. Liz will pivot to the needs of each group and provide insight from her deep background in real estate coaching to push them to grow.
Group Coaching will give you:
A new perspective on yourself and your work
Accountability, strategy, and the push to rise
Insights into the most important business trends and how to shift to the times
Best practices (i.e., mindset, habits, goal setting)
How it works:
There will be 4 participants to a group
Participants may sign up individually and be placed in a group
Groups meet virtually for 50 minutes, twice a month for 6 months, for a total of 12 sessions
All participants will take the DiSC assessment prior to the start of the program
1v1 coaching provides personalized attention to help you unlock your full potential. With our experience and expertise, coaching will help you navigate the ever-changing real estate market and ensure you’re focusing your energy in the right places so you see growth – both personally and professionally. Premier Coaching will give you:
A new perspective & a customized program to fit your individual needs
Support to take smart risks, insight to stay relevant and guidance to design a roadmap for continued growth
The Liz Bentley principles for coaching high performing individuals
Additional support via email and phone calls under 10 min
How it works:
Program starts with a DiSC assessment
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long
You will meet 4x per month for the first 3 months and 2x per month thereafter
Price: $1800/mo for the first 3 months ($900/mo thereafter)
