Sotheby’s Four Seasons Annual Meeting – Liz Delivers Keynote

Liz delivered the keynote at Sotheby’s Four Seasons annual company meeting in picturesque Hanover, New Hampshire. 

She set the stage by explaining how our mindset shapes our outcomes and how the only thing we own in our interactions with other people is our response.  We have to avoid the temptation to blame the stimuli and “choose empathy instead of judgement.”

She also covered generational differences and how to deliver exceptional customer service.
