The Sotheby’s International Realty main survey is free. At an additional cost, you can get a more in-depth view of your company, your staff and your offerings. To do that, add any or ALL the below categories to your survey. This feedback will give you a unique perspective and can be filtered to understand the different agent populations. Note, if you pick the Managers category, you can get the survey responses/answers in a format that rates them alongside each other to see how they all perform against each other. This can be very useful for understanding manager strengths and weaknesses and positioning them in your organization effectively. These comparisons are also available for the Office Admin Staff and Sales Meeting categories.
The number of filters you can pick will depend on the number of agents participating. See the chart below for specifics. Possible filters include:
