  The workplace is competitive! Women and men have often been taught to respond differently and it has impacted their careers and advancement. Learn how to compete so that winning comes more naturally and losing is less hard. Getting comfortable with competition gives you the resilience to stay in the game through strenuous times and can make all the difference both in your career and your life.

  Men and women get and give feedback differently. Get the feedback you need to hear to uncover blind spots and challenges you may not see.
